We have partnered with the Great Bison Shuffle to offer this beginner trail series. This is an excellent way for runners new to trails to get out in the great outdoors and ease into one of the most exhilarating ways to run.

We will begin on relatively flat dirt and gradually build into new trails throughout the series. 

his week we head up to the Happy Jack area for more fun on trails. This will be an out and back, on a mix of trail and dirt road. We will meet at the Happy Jack Trailhead.
