Join us on the multi-use trails at Tie City, as we embark on an epic adventure in the Great Outdoors. While the trails are well maintained, we recommend you bring cramp ons (Yak Trax, Kahtoola, etc.) to ensure you have traction in the packed snow. If you have never enjoyed Happy Jack in the winter months, prepare to be in awe of the winter majesty just a few miles up the road.
P.S. Tie City is higher in elevation, and often times a bit more chilly than in either Cheyenne or Laramie, but the plus side is the dense forest helps block much of the wind.

It’s Love at First Stride! Join us for a Valentine’s Day inspired Run Crawl to celebrate our one true love….RUNNING!
We’ll kick off the festivities at Four Winds and hit a few other lovely spots along the route. Whether you’re running solo, with friends, or alongside your sweetheart, this event is all about fun, movement and community.
Expect good vibes and be ready to have a lot of hearty laughs. Bring along payment method and ID (purchases at route stops are not required). Prize awarded for best Valentine’s Day attire. Let’s dodge (or not dodge) Cupid’s arrow together!

We’re kicking things off with a social run for all levels, followed by an exclusive in-person workshop: "Fueling the Run: Nutrition Strategies for Stronger Miles."
Whether you're training for your first 5K or prepping for a marathon, what you put in your tank matters. Learn how to crush your goals without the "bonk."
