We have partnered with the Great Bison Shuffle to offer this beginner trail series. This is an excellent way for runners new to trails to get out in the great outdoors and ease into one of the most exhilarating ways to run.

For Week 6, this run may be reminiscent of Week 1. This week we will meet at the North Causeway Parking Lot.  See the GPS coordinates in the location to navigate to the correct spot. Then we will start on the Shoreline trail heading the opposite direction from our week 1.  This will be a 4.2 mile loop route on all trail, with minimal elevation gain.
