We have partnered with the Great Bison Shuffle to offer this beginner trail series. This is an excellent way for runners new to trails to get out in the great outdoors and ease into one of the most exhilarating ways to run.

In week 5, we will gradually begin to add a little bit of elevation gain, but we will take things slow, and enjoy the scenery around us.  We will meet at the parking area south of the Vedauwoo Campground and run the Turtle Rock trail.  This will be our first loop course, see the route below.
