We have partnered with the Great Bison Shuffle to offer this beginner trail series. This is an excellent way for runners new to trails to get out in the great outdoors and ease into one of the most exhilarating ways to run.

For Week 7, we return to Happy Jack for a sub 4 mile lollypop route through the Medicine Bow Forest.  This will be a lovely run through the trees, that you will not want to miss.
