We have partnered with the Great Bison Shuffle to offer this beginner trail series. This is an excellent way for runners new to trails to get out in the great outdoors and ease into one of the most exhilarating ways to run.

Week 8 we will meet at Aspen Grove in Curt Gowdy.  This route will be a sub 4 mile loop through some incredible portions of the park. Perhaps if we are lucky, we may even encounter deer.
