We have partnered with the Great Bison Shuffle to offer this beginner trail series. This is an excellent way for runners new to trails to get out in the great outdoors and ease into one of the most exhilarating ways to run.

We will begin on relatively flat dirt and gradually build into new trails throughout the series. 

This week we will meet at the North Causeway Parking Lot.  See the GPS coordinates in the location to navigate to the correct spot.  Today's run in an introduction to trails, with much of it occurring on dirt roads, before we hop on to Shoreline.
