Week 2
All ability levels are encouraged to join us, as we will have 2 groups, and everyone can go at their own pace.
Each weekend group run will be based off of the final planned run from Coach Erin's training plan.
First 5k: Run for 3 minutes, walk for 2 minutes, 6 times
Best 5k: 4 miles
