Join us for a refreshing 3-part Run + Yoga Series designed for athletes of all levels who want to support and elevate their training. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just getting started, this series blends community, movement, and recovery in a fun and supportive atmosphere!

What to Expect (No cost to just run)!
Each session begins with a group run led by Cheyenne Run Club, paced to meet you where you are at! After the run, settle into a 1-hour yoga practice tailored specifically for runners, with a different movement-focused theme each week. Refreshments are included to help you recharge and connect with fellow participants.

Meet outside Blossom Yoga at the start time for:
10-minute group warm-up
40-minute run (start and end at Blossom Yoga)
10-minute transition & setup
60-minute yoga practice (unique focus each session)
