Join us on the North side of Hobbs Elementary for 12 weeks of Rise & Shine: Track Edition!
Did you know speed work is about so much more than getting faster? It stresses your body to increase strength and flexibility. It boosts your body's response to fatigue, and even trains your body to do more on less fuel. This is such an excellent routine to work into your run training!
So whether you are new to running, or been running for years, we invite you join us on the track weekly. We are excited to announce that each week's session has been specially designed by RRCA certified coach Erin Leaf for this training. We hope you come join us, and embrace the joys of speed!

Straights & Corners 6-8x(Hard on the straightaways, easy on the corners)
